More details about the cost of using the WhatsApp Business API Gupshup app for Bitrix24:

The fee for using our WhatsApp Business API Gupshup app in Bitrix24 is 10 USD per month or 100 USD per year. We are not part of Gupshup. We are independent developers of this integration.

This cost does not include payment for messages. Payment for WhatsApp messages and templates is made within the Gupshup service, where you will have your own account.

You can connect multiple phone numbers without additional payment for each number. However, you will need to create a separate Open Channel in Bitrix24 for each phone number.

Please note that before starting the Go-Live process for the new Gupshup app, you must first add our Partner ID 117 (ANWEB) to the Gupshup app settings, and only then start the Go-Live process.

To start a conversation with a new customer who has not yet sent you any messages, or if more than 24 hours have passed since the last message from the customer, you can only send a template.
